Our cellar door is part of our house to which we welcome you personally. Either Jo or Marshal, or if you are really lucky, both of us will take you through a tasting and answer any questions you have about our wine and vineyards.
Tastings are free and cover a range of vintages and styles. If you wish, you can buy wine by the glass and relax in the cellar door or in the garden, with views to Western Port Bay and on a clear day as far as Gippsland.
We think we provide a superior type of antipasto, but to do the job properly we need plenty of warning. So please book if you would like to eat whilst you are here. If the weather is good we will set up a table and brolley outdoors. Tea and coffee are always available.
Open Hours: 11am – 5pm
- 1st weekend of each month and public holidays (not Christmas Day or Easter Friday)
- Every weekend in January
- By appointment for groups of 8 or more (we are only able to cater for small buses)
Quite a number of the smaller vineyards are open the first weekend of the month, so you can arrange to visit a few of us in one trip. Check the
Mornington Peninsula Vignerons Map for details (winbirra is number 63 on the map). The much beloved Red Hill Market is also open the first weekend, except for June, July and August.
